Question Computer restarts when video editing ?

I had been using a couple of video editing softwares but they would crash once I upgraded to
Window 11, so started using Winxai which was working fine. But now any time I go to use it it will cause my PC to automatically restart. only when cutti g it works fine when joining so not sure whatz going on. I don't have any issue when playing games or doing any ither stuff and I started using a basic bo thrills video cutter and that works fine so I'm stumped
System:
MSI Pro MB
12600kf
32GB RAM
1070 GTX

Could be a lot of things. You clean this system of dust? What power supply, even better complete parts list?
GTX1070 isn't supported with modern drivers.
MSI Pro series leaves a lot to guess about on VRM/power delivery.
Case? Fans? Temps?

What kind of drives are OS and scratch drives being used?

The system is only like 3 months old and it's specs are:

Mobo: MSI Pro Z690
RAM: 32GB DDR4 3600
CPU: i7-12700KF
PSU: 650E
AIO: 280mm
GPU: EVGA 1070 SC
Case: Corsair 5000D
OS: Windows 11

As for my temps under load it runs around 51c and thats with mu i7 being OC'd at 5.0. As for drivers what ever the latest ones are like I said in original post the editor used to work fine before but a few weeks ago when I go to cut the video it would basically crash and my PC would re start. Now I can use the same software to join videos with no problem its only when I go to cut them and if I use this orther simple no bells or whistles it cut the video just fine and using the PC for other stuff like gaming watching media using GIMP to create textures for my games UI the PC works fine its only when I go to cut a video using Winxai.
