I had been using a couple of video editing softwares but they would crash once I upgraded to
Window 11, so started using Winxai which was working fine. But now any time I go to use it it will cause my PC to automatically restart. only when cutti g it works fine when joining so not sure whatz going on. I don't have any issue when playing games or doing any ither stuff and I started using a basic bo thrills video cutter and that works fine so I'm stumped
System:
MSI Pro MB
12600kf
32GB RAM
1070 GTX

Could be a lot of things. You clean this system of dust? What power supply, even better complete parts list?
GTX1070 isn't supported with modern drivers.
MSI Pro series leaves a lot to guess about on VRM/power delivery.
Case? Fans? Temps?

What kind of drives are OS and scratch drives being used?

The system is only like 3 months old and it's specs are:

Mobo: MSI Pro Z690
RAM: 32GB DDR4 3600
CPU: i7-12700KF
PSU: 650E
AIO: 280mm
GPU: EVGA 1070 SC
Case: Corsair 5000D
OS: Windows 11

As for my temps under load it runs around 51c and thats with mu i7 being OC'd at 5.0. As for drivers what ever the latest ones are like I said in original post the editor used to work fine before but a few weeks ago when I go to cut the video it would basically crash and my PC would re start. Now I can use the same software to join videos with no problem its only when I go to cut them and if I use this orther simple no bells or whistles it cut the video just fine and using the PC for other stuff like gaming watching media using GIMP to create textures for my games UI the PC works fine its only when I go to cut a video using Winxai.

Look in Reliability History/Monitor and Event Viewer.

Either one or both tools may be logging some error code, warning, or even an informational event just before or at the time of the restarts.

Make and model PSU?

Will do but I think it might be a graphic card issue it now does it randomly when I'm playing World of Warcraft and even did it when I took a screen shot in game. I un installed the video driver and still did it so updated to newest driver to see if that works. My Temps are fine staying at a 51-53 underload ran a test on my memory and it passed with no issues found only other option is to de a fresh windows install. Its just weird I get no screen of death or anything like that the computer just restarts it self never in my 30 years of owning a computer have I ever ran into an issue like this

So I did look into what you suggested Under the reliability monitor there was alot of Windows was not shut down properly which is on the days of the pc restarting itself. A few Applications errors like SSD Toolbox stopped working, explorer.exe and Windows stopped responding which was about 4 hours before a automatic restart on the 27th around the time of a automatic restart it say NVDIA Container Stopped working. A bunch of Failed Windows Update. Under Event viewer alot of the stuff listed is information abut under the error ones one says Device Association Servives deteced an endpoint discovery failure, and that was under System. I Went under Hardware Events and nothing is listed. As for your question about PSU its a EVGA 650w wanna say XFX

check to see if any minidump is being produced.
remove any gpu overclock software.

if your gpu is not getting proper power to its PSU connector, it will attempt to get the power from the PCI/e mother board slot. If it pulls too much power from the slot, then the motherboard power protection circuit kicks in and resets your cpu. No bugcheck memory dump will be produced in this case. Your gpu should only use 145 Watt but it can use more if it is overheated or you have overclocking drivers installed.
Note: it is pretty common for older machines to have 2 copies of overclock drivers installed since, the installer changed the directory that the driver installs into over the years. ( the installer did not uninstall the old driver before installing the new driver in a different location)

you can use microsoft autorun64.exe and look for common overclock drivers and disable them or delete them.
if you have a memory dump I can take a quick look for the drivers also.

if your bios can display the voltages from your power supply I would look at the value of the 12v supply and make sure it is within spec.
psu power output ranges:
11.4-12.6 for the +12 V
4.75-5.25 for the +5V
3.135-3.465 for the 3.3V

note: I would also consider setting your machine to a high performance mode and see if your system still has the same problem.
(for the case of old bios and pci/e going to a low power state but not going back to a high power state due to bugs in sleep functions)

As a starting point:

Ensure that all important data is backed up at least 2 x to locations away from the PC in question. Verify that the backups are recoverable and readable.

Power down, unplug, open the case.

Clean out dust and debris.

Verify by sight and feel that all connectors, cards, RAM, jumpers, and case connections are fully and firmly in place.

Use a bright flashlight to inspect for signs of damage: bare conductor showing, melting, pinched or kinked wires, loose or missing screws, browned or blackened areas, swollen components, corrosion, cracks, moisture.....

Take a closer look at the details for the errors that you found.

Indeed, do a mini-dump and post. There are members here that can help with intrepreting and understand the results.

I'll give it a look only thing OC'D is my CPU I did update to Windows 11 from Windows 10 when I built this pc back in Jan of this year so could be something like that
