Hi,

Around a month ago I decided to open up my computer and clean it a bit with compressed air. About two days after I started experiencing my computer freezing, and then normally shutting down after a few minutes, or sometimes my screen goes black and the computer shut downs, or it will come back on. I also noticed sometimes before it crashes or shuts down if I'm transferring files around with explorer the speed of which it is transferring data will dip to 0 bytes/s and then my PC will crash. I don't know if I did something whilst I cleaned my PC or if it was just a coincidence. Is there software or applications I can use to test for failing hardware?

Any help on how to diagnose what hardware is failing in my PC would be much appreciated.

Thanks.

my guess if your sprayed your pc down is that you either spray to close and your dislodged a capacitor and thats causing the crashes or you might of made something loose. check your 24 pin and 4 pin power connections on your motherboard.

both the 24 pin and 8pin CPU connections are secure and so are all the other connections.

This also isn't the case, it stays pretty low all the time and I've already tested for faulty fans but they're all in good condition.
