Computer Shuts Off During Gameplay and Videos

Hey guys, it's been a while. I've returned with another problem that I can't seem to find the solution to anywhere. Apologies if this is in the wrong place, as I wasn't sure exactly what to put this under.

My computer has started to just shut off abruptly while playing games and once while I was watching a movie. During gameplay, it tends to happen when the game is switching maps, and generally not while I'm actually in the middle of playing. It happens during any game that I try; be it Day of Defeat: Source (which came out over ten years ago), or something like Paladins (which is relatively new). The game will run smoothly, no hiccups or anything, high framerate, not even running hot, but about 80% of the time, the computer will just shut off when the round ends. Turning the computer back on is sometimes a problem too, as I sometimes have to wait upwards of 10 minutes before it'll come back on without shutting itself off again in the middle of the booting up process.

I can't figure this out. I've replaced the PSU, I've replaced all the fans with liquid cooling, I have no idea. Any help is good help. >_<

OS: Windows 10
CPU: AMD FX-4100 3.6GHz (3.8GHz Turbo) Quad-Core CPU
GPU: AMD Radeon RX 480
Mobo: MSI 990XA-GD55
RAM: G.SKILL 16GB (4 x 4GB)
PSU: Antec 850W Modular PSU

System is liquid cooled.

Solution
Quick test you can do is to run with the case off and a desk fan pointed towards it. Just a light breeze will generally suffice for testing. If it makes your problems go away, it's almost certainly heat related. The usual solutions for that are adding case fans, and sometimes heat sinks for your VRM's and mosfets and so forth.
"as I sometimes have to wait upwards of 10 minutes before it'll come back on without shutting itself off again in the middle of the booting up process."

That's really a very classic overheating issue, the pc will keep turning itself off until it reaches an acceptable temperature, could you confirm that your CPU and GPU temps are really under 60ºC? Use HWInfo to check this, enable its log feature so you can review the temps reached after it gets shutdown.

Other than that could be a power issue but you've already changed your PSU.

You also mention that it happens while switching maps (reading files from the HDD), try running a chkdsk /f on your HDD partitions, specially the one where you have your games installed, lets see if there's any errors in it.

How do I run chkdsk? I tried opening command prompt and it tells me I don't have permission, even though I have admin rights.

I'll run HWInfo in the meantime.

I did away with that, the system is entirely liquid cooled.

Is there anything in particular that I'm supposed to do with HWinfo? I can't figure out what I'm supposed to do with it.

Once you run HWInfo go into its Sensors option, then at the lower right side you'll see 4 buttons, the 2nd one is a spreadsheet with a green plus symbol on it, this one will start the logging of all the data, choose where you want it to save the file and then leave it running minimized. After your pc shuts down and you get back into windows upload the log file so we can see what's going on.

Okay, it took a while for it to happen again, I'm not sure if HWinfo was helping to keep my computer from shutting off or what, but here's the log.

Also, I bought a new video card (AMD Radeon RX 480), so I don't think that's the issue.
