Computer smells like PVC

I built my second computer back in December, and every time I turn it on my room starts to smell like PVC plastic (I can't really smell it, probably because I have become immune to the smell, but the rest of my family can). I thought it was my H60 watercooler (because of the plastic tubing). I took it out, and yet, the smell persists.

Any ideas what it could be?

Yeah I second that.

Although do not be misguided by which components smell bad; for example, chances are its your PSU, however it might not smell as bad as your motherboard is, because the mother board is being fried by the shit PSU.
Just look for the source of the problem; not the smell problem.

My temps are normal.

I have a Corsair CX750M, so not really "shitty", but it definitely could be the issue.

Every company has its mistakes and flaws; no one is perfect. Even if there's a chance of one out of a million, you still could be that one out of a million.
In my experience with computer hardware, it is much MUCH much better to be on the safe side, rather than keep guessing and basing your conclusions on the "rate" of a company.

totally. I just tried switching PSU, and it made no difference in smell. so I think we can rule that out.

Here is my entire system: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/mhCnwP

About the smell
It's not really a burning smell, more like plastic (according to my mother). I can't really smell anything unless I get up close and really take a whiff. My brothers cannot really smell anything either (at least today when I asked them), but I really don't want to take any chances, however maybe my mom just doesn't want me on the computer.

There is no need for plastic to be burn in order for it to smell like burning plastic. Generally, a certain heat temperature (forgot the percentage for plastic material) could provoke some of the odor from the plastic, especially if it's new.
Also, could it just be the general smell of new material? You know like how books smell like when they're brand new; same thing with plastic I assume.

Edit: Never mind just realized its from December...So it can't be the new material smell.
