Computer stalls at Loading oeprating system Bootmgr is missing, press cntrl+alt+delete

I've upgraded from windows 7 to windows 10 but now the operating system won't load. I get an issue saying Loading operating system Bootmgr is missing, press cntrl+alt+delete . Pressing control+alt+delete the computer restarts and goes back to the same screen.
