[SOLVED] Computer starts, no screen display, no USB power

So i'm having an issue getting my pc started up, i recently moved and after setting up the system i'm not able to start the pc.
The computer turns on, but no signal to the monitor, no power to any of the usbs.
I'm getting the warning beep for no RAM detected (1 long, 2 short beeps for asus MOBO) but after changing them out and trying a few combinations i get alternating no beeps at all and the beeps signaling no ram detected.

Specs:
Asus Z170-k MOMO
GTX 2080ti
64gb DDR4 Vengeance LPX RAM
970 EVO m.2 drive

Have you tried running with the bare minimums?

• 1 stick of RAM(you can try each of them individually)
• on your iGPU(I presume your Intel CPU has one)
• no storage drives

Also, try cleaning your RAM slots on your motherboard and contacts on the modules themselves with isopropyl alcohol(if you have) and let them dry for 20-30 minutes.
