Question Computer stuck at pre-bios screen after update

I just upgraded CPU and my computer isn't even booting to bios, it's just frozen at the pre-bios screen (It has a proper name, I just forgot it). I've already cleared the CMOS, resat the cooling, and I'm out of ideas. I also noticed it boot looping a couple times?

Specs:
Aorus B450M Motherboard (updated to latest version without issues)
Ryzen 7 5700x
Geforce RTX 3070ti and 32gb DDR4 ram (Doubt these are important, I haven't tried removing ram though?
I do not know the PSU wattage, I think it should be enough though? I also have 3 storage devices (NVME, Hard drive, and ssd)

Yes, can't see why it wouldn't be. Right orientation, proper pressure, etc.

Would try Unplug all External Peripherals and see if that works and if it dose not work maybe you should try Only using hardrive that has windows on it by disconnecting others. Also Is your bios been updated to F65b

Still not posting. I forgot to mention I have a pcie wifi card. If it may cause issues I can try to find the model? I'll quickly try unplugging all the harddrives apart from my boot drive.

Dont think it be wifi card that making screen not boot,

Moved it down to one ram stick, only boot drive, still not posting. Can't do anything else because it's not even booting into bios.

Maybe you need to try and find out what PSU have you got and whats the watts.

You don't need any disk connected to get a bios screen so unplug them all.
