Hi,
My computer always stutters alot when I'm downloading a game off of something like steam, or origin. It also lags when I try to stream and play a game at the same time. I did some research and found that other people were having similar problems and the fix was to go into cmd and type bcdedit /set useplatform clock false. When I do this and reset my computer it fixes the problem but only temporarily. Sometimes it randomly starts lagging in the middle of a gaming session. My computer specs are
Motherboard: Asus ROG Strix B450-f
CPU: Ryzen 7 2700x
GPU: GTX 1050ti (dont play intense games)
RAM: 16gb Corsair Vengeance 2666mhz
