Just recently my computer has began stuttering a lot while playing games that it would normally max out. Changing the game's settings does not appear to help.
I decided to download and install some programs to check the temperatures of the CPU and GPU to see if they were overheating and noticed two things that worry me.

What's wrong with my computer? Is the motherboard going bad or something? Is it something else?

I decided to download and install some programs to check the temperatures of the CPU and GPU to see if they were overheating and noticed two things that worry me.
1. The voltage measurements for the motherboard given to me by HWMonitor are nowhere near where they are supposed to be.
2. The temperature measured by SpeedFan for a chip (IT8620E) on my motherboard is 127 degrees Celcius.
