Computer takes several times to boot up

Hi there

I have a Dell Inspiron with Q8200, 2x2GB RAM @ 800mhz,
GTX 960(Bottleneck I know), and 240GB kingston + 500GB seagate.
EVGA 500 PSU

Since I've changed the video card from a 8600 GT, the system took a while to boot.
Then i've restarted it and now it won't boot, it struggles a few times abd puts me into automatic pc repair(Windows 10 x64)

What can i do?

I would update bios and try again. Given your Motherboard's age, it may be possible the card is incompatible.

I had to reinstall Windows. Put a x64 Win 10 Pro, and now it doesn't recognize my second HDD, 500GB. What could be the problem?
