Question computer taking too long to start

my pc takes 5minutes to start or load things up
i tried booting only with ssd(boot drive) and it still takes 5 mins
any idea why is this happening?

i full scan the system and no malware is found
as for the start up i disabled everything and have only discord
i dont know what to look up at event viewer sorry

hello i restarted the computer and the event ID 10016 keeps showing up as warning and no critical or error occured

i remove everything except for keyboard mouse

Hello i got an update so i restarted it and checked the information and found this event log

The system uptime is 300 seconds.

any fix on how to reduce this

i tried booting to safemode with and without internet its still the same

i was not using fast but but on a os update it activative itself and had similar issue as you the glary will tell us what software start with the os and could make delay on start up for a info i start at 0: 38 sec .

i already tried disabling all non microsoft services and start up programs it still didnt work
i got no performance issue its just the boot time that is affected

I dont understand what you mean but i posted a picture of windows boot time and start up programs also how did you fix yours?
