I'm starting up a computer repair business, and I want to be sure I have what I need. Can you guys list me some things I need to work on computers?

So far I have:
Needle-nose pliers
Screwdrivers
LCD wipes
Alcohol
Compressed Air
Zipties
Crimpers
Voltage Meter
Flashlight
Q-tips
Thermal paste
Extra screws

What else do I need?

You should probably go in-depth of what you have at the moment.
Though, in my opinion, I would find that these may be somewhat helpful:

Philips Head screwdriver. Demagnetized is recommended.
A Hex Driver perhaps, for special types of Standoff screws.

Grounding Strap. This is a velcro strap with metal contact to prevent electrical discharges from affecting components of a computer. You may probably want one of these.

Tweezers, as if a screw happens to fall in a little gap tweezers will help get it out.
Optional, but a magnifying class maybe. You could find that a screw had a broken end, for instance.

Some kind of tool kit to hold all of these items.
An anti-static work mat.

For storage of screws or small pieces, a few plastic zip bags and a sharpie marker is probably as basic and neat as you can go.
