Computer Thinks Another Windows OS is Installed!!! PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!

So I was installing Windows 7 on my friend's hard drive because he didn't have a DVD drive for the installation disc. It worked just fine but when I took it out and restarted my computer, it said to choose a operating system and it said Windows 7 and Windows 7. The second one works like it usually does but when I choose the first one it says corrupt use repair disc and yeah. I tried the OS repair and the check memory. Nothing works. I only have 1 hard drive, that only has one volume, no partitions. I don't know what to do. How do I get rid of this? Should I try resetting CMOS?

Download a program called EasyBCD and you can use it to remove the extra entry.
