Computer turns off after about 10 seconds

Hi,
Whenever I start my computer, it turns on for about 10 seconds, no display on the monitor, then shuts off. When I turn it back on, I hear a "bing-bong, bing-bong" type of beep in a high frequency, then it shuts off again. I don't know if it's the motherboard or the PSU, but I've checked the heat sink on the CPU and fan and that's all good.

If I could get some help, that would be very appreciated as I need my computer to do most if my homework assignments. Thanks.

this look like something is hitting a fan could be the psu one do you have another one one to made test .
