Question Computer turns on but won't display, rgb keyboard and mouse don't light

Hi,
I used my computer before going to work and when I returned I encountered this weird problem. Computer has never given me problem for years and this suddenly this happens out of the blue.
My rbg liquid cooler, graphics card and motherboard lights up and the fans run but my keyboard and mouse don't. I have no beeping sound as well. I tried removing the graphics card and plugging directly into the motherboard but that didn't work. I don't have any reason to believe any of my components are faulty. I can probably guess since the computer won't post when connected to the motherboard, that's the part that's causing the issue.
PC is connected to a ups and there has been no power surge as well.

PC specs:
I5-6600k
Msi z170a krait gaming motherboard
G-skill ddr4 ram
Kingston ssd
Cooler master vs550 power supply
Nzxt s340 case
Nzxt liquid

Recommend to do

1. Test the PSU with paper clip method. How to http://forum.corsair.com/v3/showthread.php?t=63991
2. If the PSU is fine, try this method: Bench it https://forums.tomshardware.com/faq/bench-it-troubleshooting.1442412/

Like remove all the RAM, boot device, GPU, use onboard iGPU, clear the CMOS. boot the PC to see what happens. If the PC will not boot, either the cpu or MB has problem.

Yes, I tried that. I also changed the monitor and the cable but those weren't to blame

Okay, so I cleaned up the computer and left it open for a day and today it seemed to randomly start working again❗
All components are working perfectly (whew)

I guess the issue was some dust that interfering with the electronics.

check your air flow if yo could use front with back and top case fans .
