My PC Specs -
CPU - Intel i5 1660k
GPU - AMD Radeon R9 390
RAM - 2 x 4gb Crucial Ballistix Sport DDR4 BLS4G4D240FSA
Motherboard - ASUS Z170 P
Power Supply - Corsair CX750M

So it started off about a week and a half ago. I was playing Fortnite and had Discord and Google Chrome open, then suddenly, my monitor just when black, yet I could still hear audio. I then proceeded to try and reboot my computer by holding down the power button. Once it was off I went to turn it back on, however, it would turn on but nothing would come up onto the screen. I later unplugged the PCI - e cable and plugged it back it in and everything was 'working' again. Yet, a few hours later, it happened again and the screen went to black but the audio was still playing. After, I plugged out the power supply cable leading to the mains and switched off the power supply. Surprisingly, this 'fixed' the issue and I went into command prompt and did chkdsk, but the issue happened again.. I have tried reseating the graphics card, trying video from the graphics card, trying video from the motherboard, I have reinstalled the ram, and have tried using just 1 ram stick, and now when my PC is turned on, nothing comes up.
Also, it is highly unlikely it is my monitor's fault/ the cables to the monitor's fault because I have 2 monitors and I have tried each monitor separately into the motherboard etc. so it would mean that both of the cables to the monitors failed at the same time.

I'd lean toward it being the PSU as the cause. That is most likely. But I've had problems before with the CPU fans getting dirty and because of the dirt running hot. Take a close look to see if the CPU fan has a lot of dirt and if you can hook up a laptop to the monitor to make sure the monitor isn't the problem
