Computer will post...but wont boot

As topic says, will post but windows wont boot just stuck at platinum screen. Any idea what I should do?

k8n neo4 plat sli
2 gig supertalent
2 7800 gts
amd x2 4600
4 wd raptors 10k rpm

We need more info. Is this a new setup? Did you change boards or video card? And please list your power supply make and wattage.

The system itself is only year old. I have a 600 watt PSU Enermax. It was doing fine untill now. It wont even reconize the keyboard or anything like that. Everything spins up when I power on. When I turn it on I get the short beep, after that just sits at the platinum screen and doesn't do anything. I took the memory out, turned it on and I get the beep code of no memory. Video cards are fine. HDD works CPU comes up fine. I don't know what I should do.

try to reset the BIOS/CMOS by putting the pins on the reset BIOS/CMOS or try to take out the Battery for 30 seconds
