my friend's PC sill turn on for about a sec then turn off with no beeps

that mobo don't work with 7th cpu.

It clearly states on your Partpicker page that a BIOS update may be required ("Potential Issues" shown underneath the parts list).

"Warning! Some Intel H110 chipset motherboards may need a BIOS update prior to using Kaby Lake-S CPUs. Upgrading the BIOS may require a different CPU that is supported by older BIOS revisions"

We update the bios and the same thing happened
