My windows will not boot correctly, it goes to blackscreen (with no cursor).
This started when i held the power button to force shutdown.

On top pf this, bios is a bot fucked up. When i boot, bios refuses to set my ssd as standard booting option, and the only way to boot is to manually force bios into booting the ssd. If i restart the computer with the restart button, the ssd just wont show up.

Thank you for looking into this!

Question me for further details.

sounds to me like the Boot config data was corrupted by the forced shutdown

On another PC, download the Windows 10 media creation tool and use it to make a win 10 installer on USB - just a boot drive (if you have one already, don't bother with this)

change boot order so USB is first, hdd second
boot from installer
on screen after languages, choose repair this pc, not install.
choose troubleshoot
choose advanced
choose command prompt
follow this: https://www.lifewire.com/how-to-rebuild-the-bcd-in-windows-2624508

it should fix the black screen and the bios, as they related.

Thank you for your reply!
I've followed the steps, but hit an error at stage 5 in your imbedded link. On the command "bcdedit /export c:\bcdbackup" Im returned: "the store export operation had failed" followed by: "The requested systemunit cannot be found (translated from swedish)".

Was about to try your solution, but then yet another problem emmerges. The bootable usb drive, claming to be the OS, says it needs recovery from recovery tools.

Any suggestions?

I have a gigabyte ga h77 d3h board, but the problem has been solved in a more panicy way

Having an old win7 disk, i deleted my files and did a clean install win7. After that i installed win10.

Thanks for the help and respondance anyways!
