computer won't boot 1c error code

Hello, recently I got a gtx 1060 a new motherboard and could. I put everything in and it would not boot up. I swapped the gpu problem persists. RAM is also fine. The motherboard I got from a friend who was borrowing it from me, before we took the motherboard out we tested it to see if it worked which it did. I boot it up the error code shows 1C then shuts off and trys to restart. The led indicators on the bottom show mem init with a green light and cpu init with a flashing green light, and the rest are blank. I have an Intel desktop board 01.

All the parts I used worked right before I put the new ones in.

Try your RAM in a different computer that you know works, if you have one.

OK I will try this but due to lack of access to a moddable PC it might be later today or tomorrow!

Also, try each stick on their own incase one of the sticks are bad.

The first ram stick gave code 21 and 3 long beeps

Second one does code 21, 26, 31 then 1C

Have you ever overclocked your RAM? Have their been any power failures/surges or electrical storms lately?

no I haven't OC my RAM before and no power surges/failures recently. Here's a video with only my MOBO, GPU, CPU, HSU, and one stick of RAM installed. [video="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RalOnQ_vc_c"][/video]

Just tested and the case is not interfering with the motherboard.

I started to do this and everything went fine until I tried the ram it gave me no beeps but codes 21, 2b, 31, flash of 0d then 1C then reboots and repeats like. I tried both ram sticks individually in each slot.

What's the model # of the DRAM?

I didn't realize it was stuck in a hard boot loop.

This is likely a BIOS issue. You may want to contact the board manufacturer.

lol sorry i wasnt yelling i was frustrated with this motherboard i spent so much money on and out of nowhere it doesnt even work. the links dont work though
