Computer won't boot into BIOS

Just made a new computer, and ran it for the first time. It booted up into the BIOS properly, but after 5 minutes, it froze. I shut the computer down, and rebooted it. Now it won't boot into my mobo's BIOS. Fans are working, the DVD-ROM Drive is responsive, and the mobo has a steady, flashing orange LED.

Specs:
pentium g4560 3.5GHz Dual Core
4GB Hynix DDR4 non-ECC unbuffered 2133MHz
ASUS H110M-K mini-ATX
305W PSU(max load was around 258W from coolmaster power calculator)

Dismissed the MOBO as defective. Not even jumping the CMOS did anything
