[SOLVED] Computer Wont Boot with Second GPU

I am trying to add a second GPU to
my rig (MSI 1660 SUPER GAMING X) and when
the second GPU is connected
the computer wont boot, doesnt even display
motherboard splash screen, both gpu fans running for seconds and shutdown. But somehow the cpu fan, riser led and ethernet led are still running
Both gpus work fine by themselves in pcie 16x or in the two 1x, but when a second is added to 16x or 1x slot the computer refuses to boot.
Have tried : enabling and disabling 4g
decoding, Gen 1,2,3, different risers. The weird part is that i tried both msi and kfa2 on dual gpu with a gtx 660 and it worked for both so yeah idk what is going on

System:

W10 Pro
Celeron G5905
Gigabyte H410M S2 V2
Ubit Riser
1x KFA2 1660Ti
1x MSI 1660 SUPER GAMING X
Aerocool 750w 80+ Bronze PSU
20gb ddr4

I'm desperate here so any suggestions would be great
Thanks!

2x 6+2pin pcie on a claimed 750w psu, that's claimed rating of 58A (696w) on 12v rail says Everything. Even Corsair low-end psus pushing 550w come with 2x 6+2pin pcie. Any decent 650w will carry at a minimum 2x 6+2 and 2x 6pin pcie. A decent 750w will have 4x 6+2pin pcie.

That Aerocool, like every other Aerocool I can think of, is just fancy looking garbage, and it's no wonder you are having gpu issues, although that could be bios settings for pcie use, since the 2nd slot shares lanes with storage, and often is not actually x8/x8, but either x16/x1, x16/x2 or x16/x4 pcie.

I enabled every option on bios for dual gpu so its definetely the crappy PSU (I've got it new for 30 euro) since it worked with a gtx660 and 1660S what do you think of this PSU (FOX SPIRIT US-1000G V2) should i buy it for 1 1660 ti and 1 Super dual gpu

No. That's going from one crappy brand name psu to a crappy non-brand name psu. What you need is a good psu rated 600+watts that has more than 2x 6+2pin pcie.

It's not a bios setting for dual gpu. It'll be a setting under the pcie tab, if the pcie 2nd slot is shared with storage on certain Sata ports it disables the pcie, reducing it to lower status. Almost always a warning in the notes for such. The card requires a certain amount of power from the pcie slot, x4 or x8 connection at a minimum. If the pcie is reduced to x1 or x2, you don't get the power from the slot, so the card will have no video output.
