Everything was working this morning. I hooked up my new Xbox One and it worked too. Then my internet started to act up so I did a hard reset on the modem.
After it got back up and running, my computers wouldn't bring up the page that allows you to set up your modem... But my phone would.
Anyways I went through all the steps and it told me everything was good to go and internet should work. I connected to the network on my computers and it said "no internet access." They even said "this web page is not available" when I type 192.168.0.1 into the address bars.
I connect to the same network on my phone and it did connect to the internet. My xbox one also has internet access from the network... Just not my computers.

I have 2 of the same desktop, one's wired and one's wireless. Both are experiencing the same problem.

I spent 30 minutes on the phone with my modem's support people and in the end they told me to call my computer's support team. I did and they told me they couldn't help me.

It really sucks and I have no idea what's wrong... It's not very fun to type this on my phone. Help please?

Thank you!

Is everything connected to the modem or though a router? Or is the modem a modem/router combination?

If you do an ipconfig command on the computers at a DOS prompt, what do you get for the IP on the systems? Did you reset the modem AND router if you have both?
