I seem to be stuck on my bios set up screen, just the night before I was on my PC minding my business and playing some games, at around 10 at night I had turned of my PC and today at 9 it stayed on the bios load screen and hasn't done anything I've tried doing a few things even unplugging and plugging the cables and RAM, HDD. But it doesn't seem to change from the same screen and it just looks like it loading.

If anyone can help that would be really appreciated.

Hello... 1b) did you get a message? for 1)
2b) did you change and save your BOOT order in your BIO's?
3) Cmos clear/reset? Wanna try a Battery removal AND CMOS clear?

Take your time here and be slow and careful to your MB... look in your MB manual/Pdf for pictures and location of the pins. B )
1) un-plug PS from wall.
2) remove MB battery
3) place jumper pins/switch on MB to clear the capacitors... for ~3 mins
4) remove Jumper/switch
5) re-install battery
6) plug back in PS
7) Re- boot can you see any messages B /

Hello... THX B )
So your BOOT drive, Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive, appears to be plugged into SATA port4... Typically you want have it plugged into first SATA port 0/1... because of Default BIO's BOOT settings...

1) I feel you have a BOOT order problem here... can you manually BOOT the OS using the F11 menu?
2) You could have experienced a BIO's reset or LOW CMOS MB battery... if you BOOT order suddenly changed between Powering up.
