Hello,

I have an Asrock B75 Pro3-M motherboard, with an Intel Core i5-3330 CPU, and an AMD Radeon HD7770 since the Christmas of 2013. (CPU still has warranty, MB's warranty is gone in October.. coincidence?) It worked well until 2015 November, then it started doing this thing:
When I press the power button, computer tries to boot, 5 seconds, suddenly turns off. After about 5 seconds, it turns on for 1 second, then suddenly turns off again, and after that, this cycle goes until the computer turns on. Firstly, I didn't notice it, then after some time, it was annoying that my computer won't turn on. I used it like this since then, but today, I can't turn it on. When I press the power button, the fans are spinning, and the GPU's fan is changing it's speed every second, but no signal on the display.
What's wrong? I tried another PSU, when I pulled the GPU out, the first thing came back, but I don't have another CPU and MB to try. Intel stopped manufacturing LGA1155, I'm angry about it, I bought this system because later I can upgrade it, and yes, they stopped supporting it, only these H61 chipsets available, which aren't so good.
I have no money for new CPU and MB, like LGA1150, I'm not going to switch for a worse CPU because something went wrong.
What do you think I can do? What went wrong? Solid capacitor on the MB? How can I find the wrong ones?
Thanks in advance,
Erik

EDIT:
I put a chassis speaker on my motherboard, and it beeps like this: beep-beep-beep pause beep-beep-beep
Asrock's beep code list says if it's 3 short, then Main memory read / write test error. If I pull the RAMs out, it makes 3 long beeps, which is normal, it says debug code 53, no memory.
Is the power supply of the RAM went wrong, or what?
I found some shops are still selling Asrock H77-Pro4, maybe I'm going to buy one of these, it's even better than B75-Pro3-M.

Solution
Try using just one stick of RAM to boot. Try it in all the slots. If it doesn't boot, do the same thing with the other stick. If it still won't boot, then it's probably the motherboard. You tried a different PSU with the same results, right? You might be able to find a decent used motherboard on Ebay, otherwise, there are a number of new ones still available.
