Computer won't start

My computer suddenly shut off earlier, as if someone had pulled the plug, and then restarted itself without me doing anything. After that, it powered up and was fine for about 2 minutes, until it shut off again. But this time it won't start.
There is no motherboard light, but I am able to get the psu fan to spin with the paper clip.
I went through the other posts on this topic, but they didn't help.

Specs
i7 4790 processor
GTX 980 graphics card
Gigabyte GA-B85-HD3 motherboard
500w FSP psu

Any help would be appreciated

From what I understand everytime you turn on the computer it just shuts down again and the motherboard isn't getting any light. Are your fans or anything else turning on like are there any lights turning on in your computer or no? Also make sure to unplug and replug everything.

My computer won't turn on at all now. There is no response after I press the power button. No lights and no fans. I have tried taking it all apart but this did not help.
