Memory controller in AMD A10-7850K only supports up to 2133 MHz RAM (stock). I have RAM that is factory guaranteed to work at 2400 MHz. In order to utilise its full potential (I use integrated GPU) I need to overclock memory controller.

How can I do that? I can't find any option for thin in a BIOS (latest version).

My motherboard is Gigabyte GA-F2A88XM-D3H

And if I would to contact a manufacturer, should I contact AMD or Gigabyte about this?

I don't understand why after Prime95, you mean during?

your cpu is running very very hot, even when its cpu usage was max at 48%, then its temperature went to 83'c

which is extremely high

i stopped you from stress testing using prime 95 because during prime it can go beyond 100 and can even catch fire if it does not shuts itself down

max temperature for daily use is recommended 60'C, but your is way too high and in no way it will remain stable

you definitely need to reinstall your cpu heatsink while using good thermal paste

that means something is causing unsuitability
and obvious culprit is memory

clock the ram back to 2133mhz and
and then blend test for 15 minutes
if it crashes at blend then its ram problem

then you should full check ram using memtest86 or windows memory diagnostics at 2133mhz

btw, when you ram'ed it, did you rma'ed the whole kit or they just provide you replacement only for faulty piece

Computer is dead! After that BIOS thing, I have turned it off. And now can't turn it on. Just get black screen (and no beep). I have reset BIOS setting by removing the battery. I have tried with just one stick of RAM (tried with one and with the other). Nothing. When I remove both RAM sticks, I get beep-beep-beep-beep... Non stop.

I mean, I turned off computer completely normaly before that (closed all program, then Start - Reboot). And since then...

Is BIOS bricked somehow? My motherboard has 2 of them. How can I load other one?

this used to happen with me too during overclock attempts ( i also have gigabyte board )
but it automatically resolves after keeping computer turn of and unplugged for some time and then clearing ram slots and modules with a cloth and cleaning brush and resetting bios and then starting the pc with only one stick of ram

try what i used to try to see what happens

bios recovery happens automatically

Tell me this. What is the voltage of the PS-ON (gray wire)? Is it supposed to be 5V?

Because I have measured it and without load (computer turned off) it is 4,12 V and with load (computer on) it drops to 67 mV.

That is normal behavior?

Edit: Never mind that.

it is very unlikely that its dead or bios is corrupt

to manually force a bios restore, you can do is
1) turn off and unplug your system from mains and remove all ram modules except 1 and then remove cmos battery and clear cmos leave battery out for few minutes and then insert battery and plug it back in mains and
2) then press and hold power button for 10 seconds ( it will start and shutdown automatically without showing anything on screen ), after 10 seconds release power button and then press it again as if you are starting it normally
then it should recover your bios
if it still doesn't show bios recovery screen then try step 2 again after few minutes

depending on your bios size, bios recovery can take few seconds to few minutes

I have tried that many times. I have even unplugged power cable, took out the battery and left it like that over night.

I have also contacted Gigabyte, but it will be few days before they respond. And they will probably tell me to try other RAM or other APU or PSU, but I don't have any other components. And none of my friends have DDR3 memory or FM2(+) CPUs...

then you can try to rma the board
you can give this reason , as you already have 2400mhz ram and this board should support your ram but it was unable to and when you set it manually to 2400 it didn't started
don't tell them that you tried to overclock something like northbridge or they will use it as an excuse
this may resolve your original problem too ( as you already said that ram is not faulty thus next culprit it board )

Yeah, I am aware that I will need to take the whole computer to the service. But I would like to find the fault myself, so I can save big amount of my time and nerves.

I was hoping that it is RAM, because it is easier to just take RAM and ask for the new one. BTW, RAM is from the one store and APU and the motherboard are from the other.

If it it the motherboard, I will need to take the whole computer to the service, it will ist there for a month without someone even looking at it. I will have to call them 100 times to urge them to look it up, to go there and urge them again, to call the store to urge them to urge the service to look it up (service and store are two different companies). When they finally start checking it, they will have to get the CPU cooler off, and the only way of doing that is to take off the CPU fan which is held by rubber holders (which can be only taken off by breaking them). And they will mess up half of my system. Then, when they find the fault, they will made some excuse not to grant the warranty, so I will have to report them to the market inspection. Wait for them to respond. If they don't manage to persuade them to replace faulty commponents for free, then I will have to threaten to sue them. But I can not afford to sue them, so...

You understand my urge to find the fault myself.

---------------------------------------------------

Tell me this, when I remove all RAM sticks, only then I get a beep (no RAM detected). What does that tell? Is it the RAM?

Also, when I disconnect the CPU power connector, computer behaves the same way (fans and HDD running, black screen, no beeps) but with one difference that I then can not shut down the computer with a power button (only by unplugging the power cord).

its exactly the same type of behavior that my gigabyte 880g board show
whenever i overclock it too much then sometimes it does not post, all fans spins ( and keep spinning until i press power off button for 5 seconds ) but no post beep or no display shows up
though it show me this type of behavior when i use my corsair vengeance ram
but i have gskill sniper too which works like a charm, never had any such issue, i can through any clock setting on it and it will either successfully post or will show that stock clocks are loaded
so whenever i face this issue during overclocking, then i unplug my both ram, clean them and use only gskill sniper to make it post
from this experience i think either my vengeance ram is not fully compatible or bad

you don't need to contact the shop from where you bought it or sue anyone, you just need to find the nearest service center of gigabyte and head over there with your board only and tell them your problem and submit board or ask for immediate resolve and they may replace it on the spot if they have spare one available or will repair it in 1-2 weeks

if you are unsure about whether its board or ram and don't have any other ram which will works like charm ( like gskill sniper in my case ) then you can contact nearest computer shop to test your ram and system with their rams or using debug card to find out the problem, they may charge you some money for this service

maybe asus know this thing and that is why it have provided Aok switch using which we can resolve this type of memory issue

If I go to the any other service I will have to pay for it. If I go to the service of the company from which I have bought the components, then they should fix it for free (those components have 5 months more of warranty, RAM has 6).

Also, they will not try anything in the store, they will send me in their service (and I will wait for months). Plus, in a week, I am going on vacation, so I will be out of the country.

P.S. There are also no beeps when I remove the keyboard.
