Hello,
I am having problems getting my custom computer to start and boot.
One night I left my pc on all night to stake coins for cryptocurrency. The next morning I woke up and my computer was off which I thought was kind of weird because I changed my sleep settings to make the pc not shut off. I tried pressing the power button to turn it on and NOTHING Happened. I started troubleshooting, I cleared CMOS Battery, I tried reseating everything and computer still wouldn't turn on. I started researching for solutions, most things pointed to Motherboard failure, CPU failure, PSU failure. I bought a new motherboard and a new CPU.
I am still having problems getting my custom computer to start and boot with new components I press the power button, the CPU fan starts, Case fans start and then shut off.. I have changed the motherboard, I have bought a different CPU and I have tested the PSU unit with a tester. Could it be the RAM sticks? Could be the case? Is something short circuiting? I know the PSU works I have tried it on a different system and it works flawlessly. I have reseated the CPU and I have verified that the motherboard is properly mounted onto the standoffs. I have thoroughly checked all the cables multiple times and everything is plugged in where it should be. I am not sure what else to do.
