Configure MAC address filter

I live in a hotel and have control of primary router to which my neighbor has connected a TP link repeater via Ethernet port. I am also connected via Ethernet port. I need to occasionally disconnect his repeater when I do my work so that I can have full use of broadband. The primary router filter settings are as this...

"Saliente" means outgoing and there is also an option for "entrante" which means incoming. I would like to know how to set the source "MAC de origen" and destination "destino MAC" Unfortunately the manual for the primary router ElTel is not complete on this issue. Any help?

You should be able to check in the list of connected devices the MAC address of every device connected to the router (including the repeater). Once you know the MAC address, you should enter it in a list of MAC addresses allowed to connect.

The configuration page yo've provided seems to configure some routing capabilities (it has both "source" and "destination" MAC addresses). The configuration you're looking for should be a simple list of MAC addresses.

Can you provide a link to your router' documentation?

Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately the manual is in Spanish and is not detailed on this subject. I did find that on the networks page under DHCP heading that the lan ports 1,2,3,4, wlan, vaap0, vap1, vap2 have optionsfor disconnection. I also applied a rule under the mac filter that the incoming mac of the repeater be denied requests from the outgoing mac of the primary router.
