It's kind of hard for me to think of GameFly renting PC games as most have EULAs forbidding this practice, and the challenge of figuring out how to mkae the games disable in a certain time after download.

Perhaps they could develop a Steam-type distribution system that disables the game and removes it from the library? It'd probably need to be more Ubisoft-style with the constant connection though.
