Hello, so the speed of my ram is 2x8gb ddr4 3600hmz cl16. In CPU-Z it shows up at 1800mhz dram frequency, however when i run command prompt as admin and type "wmic memorychip get devicelocator, speed" to check the speed of the memory it shows up as 3467. Also in task manager, it shows up as 3600mhz. Which one of these is the more accurate one. I have XMP enabled btw.

Solution
Also, I should add that in the bios it says that the ram runs at 2667mhz so im quite confused. Although, I think the speed in the bios might just be a bug but it does say 2667mhz.
DDR means Double Data Rate so you take base frequency and multiply bay two. For 3600MHz is effective frequency and 1800 is base frequency. Different programs report one or other but result is same.
That memory might two XMP profiles, one 2667 and ne at 3600MHz,
