buy Fatal1ty Z97X Killer or ASUS MAXIMUS VII HERO?
most review says Fatal1ty Z97X Killer is better, but asus is more expensive..
which one should i buy?

Fatality Z97X Killer, superb for OCing, feature ladden, no special need to go with ROG. And go for EVGA 750W G2 instead of your current choice, it's much higher quality.

The ROG motherboards are overpriced that's what Asus makes their biggest profit margine off of, featuring the gimmicks that most people don't need their more for peoply trying to get that extra 0.2 increase in their overclocks.
The CSM series are not that good look at some of the Seasonic, XFX , Rosewell Capstone, or EVGA G2 series.
You made a good choice in the 750 Watts that is enough to add anouther 970 in the future for SLI.

Nope, Power phases are for CPU, and even 4+1 are fine for Haswell, you're looking for advanced OCing when you go over 6, 8 is plenty for serious OCing.
