Confused on the clock speed of my memory

I recently bought an unlabeled set of ADATA XPG RAM and I wanted to find out any information about it. So installed the ram, booted into windows, and ran these commands in command prompt.

> wmic MEMORYCHIP get >data.txt

>start data.txt

The text file gave me this information

ConfiguredClockSpeed: 1333
PartNumber: DDR3 1866
Speed:1333

Why is the Part number different and which one is correct?

It can be a DDR3 1866MHz memory operating at 1333MHz.

Alternatively, use CPU-Z utility to find out more information of the RAM.

The SPD tab in the CPU-Z tool will have more information.

CPU-z didn't give me too much information on the RAM but I checked out my motherboard specs online and it only supports 1333/1600 RAM. Now I'm not sure why it's not running at 1600 MHz but I'm selling the motherboard anyways so I'm fine with it.
