Confused WHERE does the water block plug into??

I have a liquid cooler from id cooling called frostflow 240l and I am honestly confused about where the plugs go. Does the plug that comes out of the cpu block go to the cpu fan header or does the fans go to the fan header? which one goes where?

If it's a 3 or 4 pin connector, then yes it will go to the CPU fan header usually and the FAN's on the cooler usually either CPU_OPT header if your motherboard has one. You may need a splitter if it didn't come with one though to plug all 3 things in. Instructions are pretty useless on their website and doesn't look like they give you any splitters.
