Hi,I want to connect my realme 6 Bluetooth earbuds to my desktop but it doesn't have Bluetooth
I have a logitech dondle receiver in my laptop would adding this and connecting the earbuds work? And could I use the mic like this? Or Is there any other way?

What specific Logitech dongle do you have?

Adding BT to a desktop is rather easy, and inexpensive:

This adds wireless networking as well: https://www.amazon.com/Ubit-Bluetooth-Wireless-Technology-Streaming/dp/B08K8ZNT54?

Last, many modern motherboards include BT and wireless capabilities. What is the make/model of your motherboard?
I have the dongle that comes with logitech mx keys keyboard,Logitech® Unifying Receiver will that work?
Motherboard:A78M-E45 V2 (MS-7721)

The motherboard does not come with BT.

I don't think that the Logitech dongle will work from a search while looking into this...you can't use a Logitech Unifying receiver with Bluetooth devices directly, but you can use a Logitech Unifying + Audio Receiver that supports both Bluetooth and 2.4 GHz wireless technology.

Does Windows recognize it as a BT device?

If Windows does detect as a BT device, have you tried pairing with your earbuds?
