I know this is really small, but I have to worry about these things cause I'm borderline insane. Anyway, whenever I plug in my HDMI cable to my GPU, I hear a clicking noise. Now I know there are no latches or special securing devices on the GPU, I have had it for 2 years and have never heard this. Ever. After I plug it up, there are no issues, but if I move the cable in the HDMI slot the clicking noise repeats itself every time I move it. Thanks in advance.

Solution
replace cable

the hdmi should not produce any form of sound, at all

i would replace it immediately

also check that the gpu is properly installed and the hdmi cable is not doing contact with the metal of the case, happens when a gpu is not properly installed and is in a slight angle making connectors touch the metal of the case on the back of the pc
