So i tried the PaperClip trick with the PSU disconnected and the fan on it turns on, i don't see any led lights on the Power Supply turning on though. But i have my front panel Fans that have their own led's and they turn on and power the fan so i know it turns. When i plug my 24 connector in and 4/8 12v connector in. and try to turn the psu on and its Dead nothing turns on. i have a Seasonic S12II 430 BRONZE. Any tips would help, i dont know if theres something causing the current to not flow through the motherboard or something.. Please explain i just wanna get my system to turn on before my graphics cards and ram come in.

Will not having the RAM and Video Card effect whether or not the PSU will turn on when it's connected to the Motherboard?
