Connecting to a local network PC form the Internet

I have internet static ip adress xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx and
local network 192.168.51.1 feeding another
local network 192.168.2.1 with a pc on 192.168.2.199
What ip address do I use on the remote internet PC to connect to 192.168.2.199

Call, from the remote location, using the static public IP of the PC that
is your internet gateway. You also need to forward TCP Port 3389 through that
PC to the PC at the 192.168.2.199 address.
