Hey everyone!

I'm trying to connect to a Samsung ProXpress SL-C2680FX printer via TCP/IP in Windows 10, i don't remember the ID/password of the printer so i checked it's ip on a second computer that was already connected but Windows tells me he can't find the printer. I can browse to the printer's page via a browser by writing the IP but windows can't seem to "see" it. Any thoughts?
Thanks!

Did you set up a static IP address for the printer via your network router?

Suggestions:

Try another known working ethernet cable between printer and router.

Open the router's admin screens and check the IP addresses being used by network devices.

Check each network device for a duplicated IP address or other error: e.g., typo in IP address or subnet mask.

Try running Windows 10's built in troubleshooters

Go to Samsung's website to download, reinstall, and reconfigure the printer drivers.

If all else fails, reset the printer to factory default settings and "redo" the installation as if the printer was new.

Do verify that I found the correct manual.
