[SOLVED] Connecting VoIP Phone via a WiFi Booster Ethernet Port

Hi all,

A quick question, will I be able to connect my VoIP phone system to the WiFi booster’s Ethernet port in my house?

It looks like I’ll be working from home for the foreseeable future and I’ll need my office phone. Any advice you can give on this one would be appreciated.

It may not work the best because you now have a wifi connection between the phone and the router but it will function.

I will assume it works correctly if you plug it directly into the router. VoIP can be a little tricky to get to pass through a router especially if they are encrypting the data.
