Our community in Florida is in the process of installing Wifi throughout the village - 7400 condos within one square mile. Is there a way that I can connect my wireless router to the wifi so that I can continue to use my phone which is connected to the router.

sounds like a good way to have all your data stolen with all those people on one connection. i would get my own internet and hook your router to it. who will be managing this thing after its installed?
There are several things that the group responsible for the installation are looking into, and security is one of them. I'm confident that they'll come up with the right answers. In fact, I queried them again today and they assured me that those who now use phone service with their internet, will be able to connect to wifi. So, that really answers my question.
