Question Connection Issue: "Ethernet Cable is not plugged in" out of nowhere after Windows Update

Good Day!
I have had this issue for 2 weeks now. After using my PC i updated and shut it down, the next day i went to use it again everything was working fine, except my Ethernet connection, which suddenly stopped working. Network settings show that no cable is connected.
Since then i have tried numerous things to fix the issue, including:
Reinstalling the Drivers, both through windows and the drivers from my mobo manufacturer website
Purchasing a new LAN Cable
Rolling back the Windows update through the System restore point
Completely reinstalling Windows
Checking in my BIOS if the Lan port is activated, which it is
Resetting all settings to default in my BIOS
Upgrading from Windows 10 to Windows 11.
Using Windows Troubleshooter and Network Reset settings.
Changing the Speed and Duplex settings in Device Manager.

To add onto this, other Ethernet connections to my Router work without problem, and my router is showing no issues either. I have connected a friends laptop and my PS4 using my Ethernet cable with no problem.

Nothing i have tried have fixed the issue and i am starting to believe that it has to be a Motherboard problem, which would surprise me since it happened suddenly overnight, and i only just built this PC in April of this year. It is also weird that this issue happened right after a Windows update. There is no blinking on the Ethernet port on my Motherboard or on my Router when connecting to my PC. Since i reset my PC i can't tell exactly which Windows Update has caused this but looking at my search History i believe it was update KB5033372.
When checking in Device Manager, it says that Realtek Gaming 2.5GbE Family Controller is working properly, when i check the Events however its just Device configured, and Device not started. The only thing i can think of that i haven't tried yet is updating my BIOS, but this is not an option for me at the moment since i don't have USB stick available. My BIOS version currently is 1.11 from 21/10/2022

My motherboard is a B650M PG Riptide
I am currently on Windows 11 Version 10.0.22621 Build 22621

I would appreciate any and all help, Thank you a lot in Advance!

So I assume since you say you attempted to try other drivers the device actually shows up in the device manager.

This in general means your bios is likely ok and the device hardware is at least partially functioning.

If you do IPCONFIG /all it says the interface is disconnected ?

I would see if you can get drivers from realtek. I have not used this site in a while so I am unsure exactly which files you want. This likely will make no difference but you might as well try it.

I would also check both in bios and windows to make sure there is no power saving/green setting for the port turned on.

You might have just got unlucky and next time the machine rebooted you were going to get a failure. Most times when it is software issue the port actually is active it just does not send/receive data properly. Most times "disconnected" state means the cable is bad or the port failed.
