I have a computer running Ubuntu Server connected to an ethernet switch and mesh router manufactured by Comtrend and Airtime respectively. My internet provider is northstate, adn they supplied me with these pieces of hardware. Whenever I try to connect to my computer's default gateway, it says ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED even when all firewalls are disabled.

Notice:
I have tried using the Default gateway of my windows 10 PC, by using the default gateway(192.168.20.1), to no avail. I have disabled all of my firewalls from windows and all of my antivirus software. Any help would be appreciated

192.168.169.1 does not work since it is not an ip for my network. I tried https://192.168.20.1 (if that is what you meant), and I am using all wired connections. If you have any other resolutions in mind, I am all ears.

Also if this helps the connection isn't timing out or anything, it instantly connects, but says the connection was refused.
