i have run a hundred or so pounds of 70/18 the thing to remember about stick is to keep it moving, and dont weld on rust unless you have to .
my technique for striking is pulling it toward me till it heats up and wont stick.then ill push it into the weld,if i pull a weld ill go slow and pool it.

Thanks for the tip. By the way:

BRILLIANT! Now how do I put this in terms you'll understand... oh yeah, go kill yourself. Or better yet, buy me a lamborghini murcielago LP640 with a radar detector, and a retard detector so I can tell when I'm about to hit you.

What a worthless bunch of crap posted here, someone close it already. Also, I advise moderators to set the number of posts for all members to max(1, posts / 1,000) because current state is ridiculous. You used to be able to tell a good poster by number of posts, now you can't tell a brick of shit from a slut by using the same metric.

i want to make a cylindrical case from acrylic,i just cant find the material,i think a 20" tube would do.i am thinking of airflow ,a cylinder would be efficient, and i could mod it however i needed for components.

Wow, you dont want to go cheap, do you.

The largest Dia these guys have is 14'

nice work man

Thanks. The outside is trivial though, its actually just part of a desk I built. Inside is what matters, and Im very close to achieving my original design requirement: A dead silent, high cooling efficiency (air) enclosure housing 2 full systems.

I'm assuming you did not know who that person was,but have now been educated. So DON'T DO IT AGAIN!!!!!Goodluck.
