[SOLVED] Considering the following specs for my new gaming pc

I am trying to build a gaming PC with the following specs. My budget is around Rs. 140,000

CPU : AMD Ryzen 5 3600X
Motherboard : MSI MPG B550 gaming plus
PSU : Corsair 650W Semi Modular 80+ Gold\Bronze
RAM : G.Skill Trident Neo 8GBx2 3600MHz
SSD : Samsung 860 evo 1 TB
Graphics Card : Nvidia RTX 3070(waiting for the release)

Should I wait for next gen Ryzen 4000 series? I am from India.
And should I make anymore changes in this spec? All opinions are welcome.

Wonder if you really need the 3600X, could as well just get the 3600+decent cpu cooler. But the 3600X is fine. Build looks fine as well.

Can only guess that the psu is the TXM, If so (?) a good choice.
