Question Constant full-throttle disk activity

This is a

• home PC with 2x SATA SSD RAID 1 and 4x SATA Hitachi managed by Intel Rapid Storage Technology RAID controller.
• Windows 10, fully patched.
• Task manager / Performance monitor show low activity, but nothing that would warrant permanent, constant full-on noisy disks
• This has been going on forever but it's really starting to get on my nerves.
• It's like there's a geiger counter in the midst of Chernobyl. I tried to capture it here:

• The video there has been taken at 8AM, after the computer was idle all night.

Any ideas what the hell causes this?

i don't hear anything that sounds like a disk's mechanics in your video.

sounds more like a bad fan bearing
or possibly unbalanced blades.
