Hey so recently I have been having issues in event viewer where after every boot, I see the same error. It goes as such.

Windows failed fast startup with error status 0xC00000D4. Event id 29
The previous system shutdown at xxxxxx on ‎xxxxx was unexpected. Event id 6008
The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly. Event id 41

The only problem I have is that I'm shutting down the PC from start menu. Any ideas what this might be?

Did you update from win 10?

  1. search for control panel
  2. change view to large icons
  3. choose power options
  4. in the right hand menu, click choose what the power button does
  5. if Fast startup is enabled, click change settings that are currently unavailable
  6. untick fast startup and save changes

You don't need that on, it won't help on a PC with an m.2 drive.
that might also stop the shutdown errors.

41(63) is just an unexpected restart. Sometimes windows sees a planned restart due to shutting PC off at night as unexpected. Its just windows being confused.
