About 80% of the time my mouse cursor has the little circle next to it, as if it were loading something, This sometimes goes away for a bit just by opening task manager. I cannot see a program that is using up a lot of memory or cpu in task manager and after it goes away, it comes back shortly after.
As I was writing this, I got a gift from someone on Steam. The circle popped up and hasn't gone away (the circle is frozen, it doesn't even move). I just opened the task manager and the circle went away. I know this problem is present even when steam is not on, that just happened while I was writing. I've scanned for malware and viruses but couldn't find anything with Malware-bytes or Avira.
