Convert dynamic to basic

hi im abisheak, now i m using win 7 ultimate, but my basic disk has converted into dynamic by mistake. so i want to convert dynamic disk into basic disk. and tell me what is the benefit of dyanamic disk in windows 7

convert dynamic disk to basic? In the disk management you could not do that unless delete all the partitions, I have find this article about "three ways to convert dynamic disk to basic". You find it through search google
